Flawless Boxing is more than a boxing gym — it’s a safe haven for youth seeking structure, mentorship, and a healthy outlet to channel emotion and build discipline.
At the center of the story is Janelle, who shares the challenges of growing up and how boxing became a lifeline — ultimately leading her to co-found Flawless Boxing with her business partner, Brandon. Through her journey, we see how pain can be reshaped into purpose.
Richard, one of their students, gives voice to what the gym means from the inside: community, accountability, and belonging.
The Approach
We grounded the film in lived experience — pairing raw interviews with kinetic training sequences to mirror the duality of the space: intensity and safety.
The result is a portrait of resilience — and a reminder that sometimes the right environment can change the trajectory of a life.
