The Film

“Feel the fear and do it anyway.” - Angela O’Byrne, President of Perez APC Design and Construction, gives advice to women who desire to work in a predominately male dominated space.

Angela immigrated from Columbia when she was 5 years old. Her persistence has paved the way for other minorities and women in her industry. Perez has worked in 154 cities, 29 states and 21 countries.

Small Business Transportation Resource Center (SBTRC) encourages the participation of women in the transportation, construction and STEM industries.
